Summer Reading

I just finished my first summer read; My Sister's Keeper. I thought for sure I had it figured out until my assumptions came true and than something completely unexpected happened. It was lovely heartwarming and tear renching read. I can't wait for the movie. I haven't had a good cry in awhile and I don't think it will disappoint. I have heard that movie is different from the book but I am sure I will enjoy it just the same.

Here is my list of summer reads:

Now let's hope I get through them all. If I do I may move on to the Twilight series again or my box of Highschool texts and resources. Or maybe a suggestion from one of you??

Of all the books I've posted, 'The Book of Negroes' is EASILY my favourite, and the author is Canadian too.

I didn't know J & J was a BOOK! I am so excited for the movie I might have to add the book into my list! Let me know how it is :)

I just put an order in with Chapters Online last week.

I purchase Julie & Julia, The Time Traveler's wife & the book set of the Sookie Stackhouse novels (which True Blood is based on). If they're good I'll lend them to you, give you another vampire to love other then Edward.
