Things Are Looking Up

It's been 2 months since this adorable bundle of joy came into my life. Yup, that's me being super gay. But really, can you believe it's already been 2 months? Wow. Today I packed up his 0-3 months clothes and small g-diapers. I thought for sure his sleeper would be drowning him tonight but nope I was wrong, fit perfectly. Everyone tells you, they grow up fast, I think they might be right!

On the upside of him growing up he is becoming such a character. His personality is coming out and I love it. He is full of smiles and tells great stories. Along with his smiles, comes mine because he is slowing down on the boob (finally). Yes, today was a good day, I had 2 hours at least between feedings during the day and 1 hour in the evening. That's incredible for this little guy. He loves going for walks, maybe even as much as he loves his baths.

Life is starting to get a little easier. We are more comfortable with him and him with us. I am constantly in awe of him, always taking pictures or saying "come quick..." to whoever is around. I think that is the best part of maternity ward, it's not not having to work (because believe me my work is 10x easier than motherhood) it's being here to watch him grow and change. As much as I want to slow it down, I look forward to all the new things with this little guy!
