Ready Freddie?

I know I say I am not going to complain... so I am not. I would just like to state that I will be grateful for June to come soon.

I spent the most of the week in Winnipeg. I was down for a conference called Dream Catching. It was for teachers 'teaching math & science for Aboriginal students'. One of my favorite authors from this past semester was there. Gregory Cajete was a keynote speaker. Overall it was a really good conference. I especially like that it was free because did a lesson plan/poster and to top it off they thanked us with a gift certificate from Chapters. I love being appreciated!

I also did some much 'unneeded' shopping and eating out... saw a couple movies and visited with my sister and Dan.

I thought my Twilight obsession was over but it didn't stop me from buying the series and the movie. I just don't understand how I can still think about that series. I don't know what it is. I have never watched a movie so many times and still enjoyed it... except Legend of the Falls.. which I still could watch after seeing it probably 50+ (no lies).

Tonight I went on a DATE with Davide. I've been feeling like we've been too busy to be around each other. This isn't new. It was like this a lot when I worked overtime and had night classes. I just feel bad about it. So I am going to make more of an effort. Also we're planning a little road trip at the end of August. Hopefully we'll drive out East for at least a week maybe more. That's where the plans end.
