On Wednesday afternoon we took our kids Saskatoon picking. They were awesome out there and got a ton of berries. We went back to the school and made homemade icecream with them. We gave them all a ziploc bag full home to eat but still had a lot left over. So I made a couple pies... I got the recipe from Allrecipes.com.I have a BBQ and Housewarming tonight. But am keeping the pies for us. I made a potato salad with potatoes,radishes, onions and herbs all from the garden. The eggs were from my Aunty's farm. I also made 2 taco dips to take to each party. And to top it off some Manitoba Wine - Saskatoon and Wild Blueberry.
