Gift Accomplished

Not long ago I was debating what to give my Midwife as a thank you gift. Now too be honest I don't even know if it is common practice. But I decided that I felt it should be. I see my Midwife regularly and she is amazing. She is really down to earth, kind and knowledgeable. When I hear stories from friends who see the OBGYN here, I realize how lucky I am. It's not that he's bad, he's not. He's just busy and for a first time mom you want someone who can answer your questions. Now I don't ask a lot of questions but I have no doubt that if I did my Midwife would answer them. Anyway, I am extremely grateful to have had her as opposed to 5min check ups monthly.

So I drew this picture. I used some images from online for inspiration but I put this lovely together myself. I will give it to her probably after the birth, or maybe I should before? I am not sure. Like I said I don't know the protocol.
