All that work and planning and it's over just like that! But it was a lot of fun. We ate a lot of food, and play a lot of games. One game more then the others. Davide got an XBox360 and we had bought Dan Scene It..... so we played it all day yesterday. I use to think I was an avid maybe even addicted movie watcher but now I realizes I am just an amateur. Or I just can't hit the button fast enough! So we'll be definitely purchasing the game for ourselves. Davide wants RockBand but I am not really a fan. If I want to play it (which I never do) I'll save those urges for Jackie's RockBand parties.
Yesterday was beautiful here. I took the dogs for a nice walk in the back. It's funny how I think
-20 is beautiful now! The house was so warm so maybe that helped to keep me thinking it was beautiful outside?
As soon as I decide to get out my comfy position I will post a picture of the beautiful purse I made my sister for Christmas. I was quite proud of myself. I can't wait to get our 'sewing club' in full swing. We'll be Etsy entrepeneurs in no time! My sister made me an awesome calendar. I needs a little repair from the car ride up but I'll post a picture from Martha Stewarts. It actually looks identical!
We gave my parents money to buy 2 tickets to Portugal this summer so that means I am going to Portugal this summer. I'm so excited. I am just not sure when yet. Maybe the end of August so I'll be able to work for a good portion of the summer.
Speaking of working I got a call from the school division for substitute teaching, so in January I'll be going back to work :( jk I need to make some money to pay off Christmas and save for Portugal so its not bad. It was a nice break the last 4 months but all good things come to an end!
