1) Seamstresses.... It is not easy to sew. I am working on some more items and I definitely have a new appreciation for people who do this all the time.
2) Sushi.... This is NOT easy either, especially making sticky rice. I made it tonight for the first time with Olivia and Andrea. I should have let the rice cool more before mixing the rice vinegar mixture into it. Otherwise it wasn't too bad.
3) Jon Stewart.... he's just sooooo witty. Anyone who can sit in a room without punching Bill O'Reilly in the face and still make me laugh deserves more then just my appreciation.
4) Women having the right to vote.... just watched Iron Jawed Angels again and of course loved it all over again.
